ABOUT MEIGAS .... OUR PHILOSOPHY

Meigas (Sorceresses) means magic in the northern Spanish language of Galicia. And magic is what guests love about the cuisine of Meigas. Formerly Meson Galicia, Meigas has risen to higher echelons in major reviews. Innovative specials are presented daily, but traditional dishes are the stars of the newly affordable menu. Owners Carlos Hernandez and Mario Aguilar share a passion for perfection with their sophisticated clientele.  Authentic dishes paired with Spanish wines make guests feel like they are in a very special part of Spain.

In Spain, the favorite subject is food. While we are enjoying our lunch we are planning our next meal, and before bed we plan our next meal almost savoring the next day meal. In our restaurant, Meigas, we try to share this passion for food to our customers. Meigas is a very special Spanish restaurant, where the traditional and the modern fuse in a coherent way. While traditional flavors are kept, we use new techniques, reflecting the new culinary revolution and, where flavors and aromas play, a very important role in the creation of our dishes. Our Mission is to share the hospitality, innate at the Spanish culture, centered in our gastronomy working together with a professional service.
