Galicia, Meigas has risen to higher echelons in major reviews. Innovative
specials are presented daily, but traditional dishes are the stars of the
newly affordable menu. Owners Carlos
Hernandez and Mario Aguilar share a passion for perfection with their
sophisticated clientele. Authentic dishes paired with Spanish wines

bed we plan our next meal almost savoring the next day meal. In our
restaurant, Meigas, we try to share this passion for food to our customers.
Meigas is a very special Spanish restaurant, where
the traditional and the modern fuse in a coherent way. While
traditional flavors are kept, we use new techniques, reflecting the new
culinary revolution and, where flavors and aromas play, a very important
role in the creation of our dishes. Our Mission is to share the hospitality,
